Multi-passionate, creative, and unapologetically authentic, Javon brings vision and originality to everything he does. A Teen HYPE alum turned staff member, he now serves as Social Media Manager, capturing the heart of the work through powerful visuals. 

With a background in film, music, and design, Javon encourages youth to explore every side of themselves, proving that you don’t have to fit into one box to succeed. His journey from student to staff gives him a unique perspective and deep appreciation for the impact of the program. 

Inspired by Moon Knight, a superhero who finds strength through struggle, Javon embraces his own challenges as fuel for creativity and connection. He brings light, purpose, and possibility into every room he enters. 

His guiding belief: “How big would you dream if you knew you couldn’t fail?” For Javon, the only limits are the ones we place on ourselves, and he’s here to help others break through them.
